很难区分烤肉的焦香与打跳的BGM谁更浓烈，若非这片山庄鉴识市区，此时，2023年首届普洱市东盟围棋邀请赛篝火庆功会的侵略喧嚣，一定招来投诉。

应该说，两天前度外之人的中外棋手，在入座2023年普洱市首届东盟围棋邀请赛赛场后，棋迷间自然的相惜厚交便已布局。
篝火庆功会一小时前的授奖庆典上，中外棋手们的“忘忧”之谊已造成厚势。

本次参赛军队中，领有“寰球围棋之乡”荣誉的保山队，以及普洱邻居的临沧队，可谓云南业余围棋的老牌劲旅，拿奖根由之中。而越南、新加坡等东友邦家的棋手，对围棋的千里醉令东说念主印象真切，也展现了值得敬畏的实力。

根据《中国围棋协会关于公开征集2024年全国围棋锦标赛（团体）等赛事承办单位的公告》要求，我协会组织专家对各项赛事的申请单位进行评审，根据评审结果，现将2024年有关赛事的承办单位公示如下：
2023年12月等级分2520（含）以上棋手，预选入选的16名棋手。如参赛棋手成单，由教练组指定一名棋手替补。

新加坡棋手Tan Jiacheng得回了“东盟棋手特殊奖”第二名，授奖庆典后，我抢到了和他闲扯几句的契机。

马苓憨厚亦然本届赛事年事最高的棋手，年逾古稀的业余5段，曾屡次在舛误围棋比赛中夺冠。幸亏比赛病笃，马憨厚无暇老师我。

获奖后马憨厚很雀跃，却向我连说念“惭愧惭愧”。老东说念主家从旅行途中前去赛场参战本就疲乏，病笃的轮赛如实有点吃不用，终末两轮发达不太渴望。

但判定一位棋手优不优秀，并非全看战绩。马憨厚多年勤快于异邦留学生及少儿围棋老师，古稀之龄仍为一群年事加起来跳跃三千岁的老东说念主理围棋班免费施教；在高强度快节拍的比赛中，马憨厚每步棋王人会凝念念念念索，险些每盘棋王人会用光时限。对围棋之执着尊重，这个奖当之无愧。
But judging whether a WeiQi player is good or not cannot all depend on her record。 Mrs。 Ma has been dedicated to WeiQi education for foreign students and children for many years。 She still runs WeiQi classes for a group of elderly people whose combined age exceeds 3，000 years old and teaches them for free even when she is seventy years old。 In high-intensity and fast-paced matches， Mrs。 Ma will think carefully about every move， she almost ran out of limited time in every game。 She fully deserves this award for her dedication and respect for WeiQi。
另一位值得尊敬的老东说念主不是参赛选手，却比棋手更顾忌更勤奋。他即是2023年普洱市首届东盟围棋邀请赛的裁判长、云南省围棋协会主席陆军陆老。
Another respectable elder is not a contestant， but he gave a lot of care and more busier than WeiQi players。 He is Lu Jun， the chief referee of the first ASEAN WeiQi Invitational Tournament in Pu‘er in 2023 and chairman of the Yunnan WeiQi Association。
